Ideal For
Carcass sampling when testing for Salmonella spp. and other organisms including: TVC, Listeria spp., Staphylococci, Enterobacteriaceae eg Salmonella, E.coli (E coli / ecoli / e. coli), Enterobacter, staphylococcus, klebsiella, E. coli Enterobacter.
Known Limitations
Some Fastidious organisms may struggle/fail to recover without extra supplement from the carcass/external sources.
NOTE: Due to the Rivet design it is not recommended to stomach the pouch excessively or use large volumes of diluent.
